Job description
Main Duties:
Undertake maintenance tasks, call out response every 3rd week & repair of all types of gas heating and plumbing.
Maintain and repair plant/equipment
Remove and install new equiptment
To carry out diagnostic, fault finding
To identify areas for additional works
To understand, complete all work related documentation accurately on time
To attend, fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Possibility of some stay-away work
Person Specification:
Gas Safe
COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, COCN1, CORT1, ICPN1,TPCP1A, CPA1
Must be willing to work at height
A good general experience
Clear communicator both oral and written
Hand Tools (Testo and large tools will be supplied)
